Who is your ideal client?

The ideal client is a C-level or mid-to-senior level business executive looking to be seen as a thought leader. Or an in-house communications leader at a startup, small business, and/or large enterprise looking to scale their role strategically and cost effectively, without hiring a full-time employee or another big public relations agency.

What’s your approach when it comes to client service?

With client expectations higher, competition more fierce, and budgets tighter, the room for error is marginal. People must hold themselves to a higher standard to develop deep, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Client service excellence is foundational to everything Elysia does. It is her most important product.

For her, it’s about more than delivering consistently high quality results on time. It’s about bridging the gap from being a “do-er” and an executor to becoming a trusted, strategic advisor; which often means taking the extra step to put herself in her client’s shoes.

It’s about asking smart questions to identify real business challenges, and delivering the best possible outcomes. It’s about anticipating and pre-empting the needs of her clients and their various stakeholders.

And finally, it’s about digging deep into their industry and getting smart on competitors so she is offering strategic client counsel that positively shapes public perception.

Why did you decide to start your own consulting business?

Elysia Nazareth Communications was born out of a desire for greater work-life balance and flexibility around where, when, and how work gets done.

Equally important in her decision was the desire to stay true to her values and conduct business with integrity.

Would you consider working with nonprofits?

Yes! If your mission aligns with her values and personal passions, she would be happy to consider it.
